By accessing or using the services provided by DecoMetric AI, including our dashboard automation software, predictive analytics tools, and operational consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Definition
DecoMetric AI provides business intelligence solutions, specifically AI-driven dashboard automation and data visualization tools designed for corporate operational efficiency. All services are subject to the specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) outlined during the client onboarding process.
3. Data Sensitivity & Privacy
We understand the critical nature of your business data. DecoMetric AI employs cutting-edge encryption and AI security protocols to ensure your data remains confidential. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The software, algorithms, data visualization styles, and intellectual output generated by DecoMetric AI remain the exclusive property of DecoMetric AI or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the dashboards for internal business purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecoMetric AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our predictive analytics or automated reporting tools.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the London courts.
